We would only accept shipments for assigned agents.  Please ask your local agent for Shipping Mark, costs… ,etc.

[toggle title=”What and how much I should pay ?” open=”no”]

We would only charge you the costs/charges of Picking up or Receiving the goods, Customs Declaration, and other non-standard charges(if applicable). All other charges for shipment is to be dealed between you and your local agent. Please contact your agent company for details. .

[toggle title=”What are the procedures of shipping ?” open=”no”]

1. you may download our latest Instruction Form, fill in all shipment information and email/fax back to us, Or, you may use our Online Booking function in our web site to do the booking.

2. we will contact you upon receiving the booking to confirm pick up/delivery date and time, pick up address, and charges, etc. (if necessary). Please also refer to cut-off time of goods reception below.

3. Should you send goods to us by other courier or forwarding company, please put Shipping Mark clearly on each carton/package of the goods and on the way bill for identification.

4. Document required to be presented with the shipment:
1 original + 2 copies of the Instruction form(with company chop on it)
1 copy of INVOICE & PACKING LIST
– If you place an order as an Individual person(not company), please Sign and put down your HKID card or Passport number to replace the company chop; also, a copy of the identification document should be given as record.

5. Warehouse registration fee: HKD100/palette. (No warehouse registration fee is required for discrete items or items shipped to us by courier companies, e.g. FedEx, UPS, or DHL.)

6. The transportation fee is to be charged and collected by the agent company.
